Early Check-In
Doors swing open at 6:00 PM for guest check-in, so make sure to ride in early and get settled in! To save time, enter your details and save your payment info ahead of time, so check-in will be faster than a stampede. Just click the early check-in link below, and make sure to send it to your crew so they can be ready to ride with you!

Dress Code
Giddy up and channel your inner cowboy or cowgirl with a bit of Yellowstone flair! Wear your best Western chic, or, if you’re feelin' extra fancy, you can always sport Hagar’s Heart colors—purple or teal.

Auction Bidding & Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets will be available on-site only — 1 for $25 or 10 for $100.

*The auction and raffle are cashless.
